Digital Display of Flow Switch for Measuring Liquid 4~20mA Output

On the basis of FGS thermal conductivity flow switch, FGH thermal conductivity flow controller is equipped with an intelligent controller integrating microelectronic control technology to realize the integration of display, transmission and control. Human machine friendly interface, free setting of various parameters, self correction, self diagnosis and alarm output, and two pairs of relay control output contacts with self luminous LED digital display.

Working principle of FGH flow switch:

FGH thermal conductivity flow switch is designed based on the principle of heat exchange.

The probe has built-in heating module and heat sensing module.The heat conduction of the flow switch is closely related to the flow rate of the medium,During measurement,the heat is generated by the heating module according to the working principle of the thermal conductivity flow switch.If there is no medium flow in the pipeline,the heat received by the heat sensing module is a fixed value;When a medium flows,the heat received by the heat sensing module will change with the flow rate of the medium.The heat sensing module converts the temperature difference signal into an electrical signal,and then converts it into the corresponding standard analog signal or contact signal output through the processor.The flow switch displays and controls the flow rate of the medium through this signal.

Its characteristics:The anti scaling coating of the probe can effectively prevent the adhesion of scale,rust and other dirt in the pipeline,and has stronger anti fouling ability.The full waterproof shell design is applicable to a wide range of pipe diameters.The set point can be adjusted arbitrarily.The high-pressure type can withstand pressure up to 60MPa.The indicator light directly displays the flow change.Effectively prevent entanglement.

FGH thermal conductivity flow controller is equipped with 3-digit digital l e d to display the current pipeline flow. There are three keys on the panel, which can easily set the flow alarm contact. FGH thermal conductivity flow controller can have two alarm contact outputs and one 4-20 mA
